Orders are generally dispatched within 3-7 working days, sometimes sooner, depending on production time for your chosen sculpture.

You will receive a dispatch email when your order has been dispatched, please check your SPAM/Junk box just in case it slips in there. If you cannot find your dispatch email or think you may have deleted it, contact us and we can give you real time information on whether your order has been dispatched or not.

Wait always 7 business days before you will contact us, as you are buying a handmade sculpture that takes time to produce.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

If you have put in the incorrect delivery address on your order then please contact us with 48 hours. If your order hasn't been shipped then we can update your delivery address but if the order has been shipped then we will do all in our power to make it so that we get it returned and can shipout to correct adress.

When you order multiple items at a time they might be shipped separately as its give better protection for the sculptures.

You may receive one item before the next. We will also give you both your trackings so you can follow them on the way to your home.

We always try our best to facilitate you, however if your order has already been shipped then we cannot cancel your order. 

If you would like to change your order then please contact us ASAP. We will try our best to accommodate any changes providing your order hasn't already been shipped. If your order has been shipped then we will not be able to change the order.

If you order has taken longer than 25 working days from dispatch then please contact us and we will look into it for you. We offer a Money Back Guarantee or will have your order resent.

When you receive your dispatched email you can contact us for an update on your tracking.
